get happy here

I thought this sign was worth a poem and a laugh.  The poem can be seen below.

 Get Happy Here

that’s right

you can get happy here

get cash back fast

can’t beat the deal

you saw it here first

step right up

get happy here

leave all your worries behind

no more cash flow problems

just head to the window

get happy here

we pay for your happiness

you pay us for the privilege

it’s a win win situation

get happy here

we are the happy people

spreading happiness everywhere

give us a call

and we’ll create

a happy package

just for you

spread the word

get happy here

royal chef restaurant

located on main street beside the Jenns store.  Main street had many vacant stores, it was pretty depressing when I walked around the city.  We were there for only five months, stopped for the winter because I didn't want to drive then.  We arrived in Oct 2009 and left on March 1st, 2010.

Main Post Office

Niagara Falls is a historic post office building located at Niagara Falls in Niagara County, New York. It was designed and built 1904–1907, and is one of a number of post offices in New York State designed by the Office of the Supervising Architect of the Treasury Department, James Knox Taylor. The two story building is constructed of white Vermont marble on a granite base in a French Neoclassical style with Beaux-Arts details.

the betty

in Niagara Falls is coming back — as apartments. What had been “The Betty” — a curved, three-story building on Main Street in Niagara Falls — may soon find a new life as a mixed-use development. ... SJI Main acquired the building from the Pallone Family L.P., who owned the building for more than 80 years.  Info courtesy of skyscapercity website.  The story is from 2019.
